Lead Customer Experience (CX) Copywriter
It was a privilege to work as Rite Aid’s lead copywriter for their vaccine rollout campaign, which kicked off in February 2020. The earliest days of the vaccine’s availability presented major challenges, including boosting vaccine awareness, educating underserved populations, and creating a seamless customer experience during the scheduling and post-appointment process.
As Rite Aid’s lead customer experience copywriter, I created content for email campaigns, landing pages, and articles, all with the goal to educate customers about the COVID-19 vaccine while alleviating fears about the scheduling and appointment process.
